Quick Tips

Keep it simple

Ensure your letterhead design does not interfere with its purpose. For instance, a dark design in the middle of the letterhead will interfere with readability. Make sure that there is adequate writing space between the header and footer.

Aim for consistency

Ensure that your letterhead is consistent with your company image and all other marketing material.

Consider a follow-on sheet

It looks more professional than printing on the back of your letterheads or printing on a blank piece of paper.
